Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. To request cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at seyblowhorndm874@gmail.com. After the cancellation window, your order may have already begun processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
