Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service at seyblowhorndm874@gmail.com within the 30-day return window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was sent. Shipping fees for new orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and inspection.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned product and approving the return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
